In order to edit Title bar style the style editor that is built into Delphi IDE won't be enough. The built in style designer is mostly intended to quickly create custom styles for specific components.

FireMonkey applications automatically load and display the appropriate native style at run time (depending on the target device), without you needing to add a stylebook or any code. Also, FireMonkey applications can have custom styles that display well on high-resolution displays as well as standard-resolution displays. High-resolution styles (such as Retina) are only shown at run time.

On the desktop, this is also true for the custom Jet and Diamond Mac styles, which are available in the FireMonkey Premium Style Pack; these styles include support for both Retina and non-Retina MacBook devices within one style file.

FMX Styles is the name of a set of styling templates ready for RAD Studio XE5 software and the FireMonkey framework created by Delphistyles. These styles allow you to change the look of the software and continue to build user interfaces with your desired style. RAD Studio XE5 software is a powerful and popular package for designing and developing mobile and desktop user interfaces provided by Embarcadero.

The FMX Styles suite contains modern Windows styles and Ubuntu Linux distributions that can be applied to various platforms such as Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Linux. This set also includes FM style templates for Bitmap Style Designer, each of which has specific features in graphic resolution and object parameters.

FireMonkey controls are arrangements of a tree composed of subcontrols, primitive shapes, and brushes, decorated with effects. These compositions are defined as styles, stored in a style book. The individual elements of a style are internally called resources; because that term has several other meanings, the term style-resource is used for clarity. Styles provide a great deal of customizations without subclassing.

The FireMonkey styles that are provided with the product are saved in .Style files located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\21.0\Redist\styles\Fmx. You can load these styles with FireMonkey Style Designer.

The style is named so that it can be found and used. In addition, certain subelements are named, so that they can be referenced. When the IsChecked property is toggled, the "checkmark" has its visibility changed (by animating the opacity of its color from solid to transparent). Setting the Text property of the TCheckBox sets the Text property of the underlying TText named "text".

Now in FireMonkey, a TStyleBook component is a collection of styles for various target platforms. Each item of the collection includes a style and a platform marker (a string). There are two different platform style markers for a custom style and a platform style.

The FireMonkey Style Designer edits the styles for a single TStyleBook at a time. Double-clicking a TStyleBook on a form opens the Style Designer with those styles. The Style Designer can save the TStyleBook in a text format to a .style file, and can load such a file. The entire set of hard-coded default styles can also be loaded into the Style Designer.

In FireMonkey, the term platform style refers to a .Style file that contains a set of resources for a platform. To start working with Platform styles, in the Form Designer, double-click the TStyleBook component to open the FireMonkey Style Designer.

Note: FireMonkey generates names of default styles (see Steps 2.2 and 2.3) using the GetDefaultStyleLookupName and GetParentClassStyleLookupName virtual methods. Optionally, you can override these methods to change the name generation algorithm.

Name matching is not case-sensitive. If no match is found, the control has no content and is effectively invisible. The code that depends on finding subcomponents will fail. (That should only happen for incomplete or improperly bundled custom controls, since all built-in controls have corresponding hard-coded styles. Direct descendants of built-in classes would have their base class content; second-generation descendants would be empty.)

Leveraging the power of the latest hardware with native CPU performance and GPU powered visuals across devices - benefit from a high-performance responsive experience, no matter how complex and amazing the visuals are. Furthermore, FireMonkey connects to popular databases, web and cloud services, internet protocols and mobile devices, providing great client and server flexibility.

By applying the visually stunning FireMonkey and VCL styles with the TStyleBook component's collection of styles, you can create amazing-looking forms for your users. Here are some FMX Style examples from a blog by Muminjon:

Animations are complex. They can be started automatically or manually, with or without a delay, plus they can stop, start and go in reverse. FireMonkey has a range of animation subclasses that you can use for interpolations from a start value to an end value, interpolating through a series of values, as well as stepping through a list without interpolation.

With regards to image effects, the FireMonkey built-in ImageFX engine provides over 50 GPU-powered effects. These effects are nonvisual components that can be found in the Effects category on the Tool Palette. All the provided effects can be simply enabled or disabled by setting the Enabled flag from the Form Designer, or programmatically.

FireMonkey includes over twenty image transition effects, in which source pixels are progressively transformed into a target bitmap image, from simple fades to fancy banded swirls. The progress of the transformation is deterministic and can be set to an arbitrary percentage. This percentage can be animated to transition over time.
